What a delight the last couple of months have been on project Limelight 3.0 with Murray Arts and an amazing cast of creatives.
To take a seed of an idea and have the time and support to experiment and construct has been so much fun.
I created 2 interactive photo booths, for participants to engage with and grab an image on their smart phone.

UP, UP and AWAY
First was an adventure in a hot air balloon, where the public got the chance to jump aboard their own and join a collection of other aeronauts already in flight.
Made from tissue paper mache, recycled bottles and cardboard, some tea lights candles and a strategic spotlight the illusion was complete.
FLOWER POWER
The second was a flower powered photo frame with blooms created from hundreds of plastic recycled bottles. Each cleaned, cut, shaped, sculpted, painted, mounted, drilled and a fairy light inserted in each bloom.
Forming a magical floral tribute.
And the best bit was watching everyone come and enjoy these whimsical little opportunities. The smiles and giggles topped off the adventure, for them and for me!
I and hubby Noel, who supplied the welding and electrical bits and bobs, were only a small part the this projects amazing offering , it was such a privildge to be in the company of Murray Arts, Theatre on Toast, Nomad Films, The Cats Pyjamas, Professional Audio Services, BNG_learning_for_life_ & the Flying Fruit Fly Circus .
