Silk Scarf Travelling Road Show 2021

We were chosen by the City of Wagga Wagga to facilitate Silk Marbling workshops in their rural villages.

These workshops were free to attendees and aimed at reconnecting local communities after the pandemic, such a challenging and sometimes lonely year.

What a wonderful week

We visited 6 regional towns in four days and sharing our silk workshop with 72 beautiful souls.

It was also the perfect excuse for a social catch up and the rooms were always buzzing with chatter. So nice to see after such an isolating year.

This was all made possible by the City of Wagga Wagga who thought my crazy idea was the perfect fit for funding through their event sponsorship program.

Everyone was so excited and appreciative.

Thank you, Wagga, for a week I will never forget.
